Everybody in the organization can do suggestions to spend > € 25.000,- (one-off or as an annual commitment) if deemed necessary from one of your roles. This is the page explaining how this works.

Price negotiations There is a ‘Purchasing Negotiator’ role who has a domain on determining whether and who will be involved in negotiating new contracts or contract extensions that involve >25k or 25k/year. This role is for making Voys more effective in applying negotiations when purchasing.
